There was ever a profession called Proever who tasted the food that his boss would eat. Royalty and the aristocracy to fear assassination had hired some tasters always. I do not belong such profession at all. I have neither obligation for anybody nor earn money for myself.

These plants are usually recognized as weeds.

Why I try to proef these plants is simple that all species would play own position on the view of ecology. In addition there is another point, for instance origin of futher developped cultivals which are vegetable. Above imaged green wild plants may be cooked with butter or oil and sugar, salt, vinegar, yoghrut etct..and even together with meat naturally. It is all about your creation and imagination.

Most of 'cardamine' is edible. The best of them is 'Forest bitter cardamine'. The cuckoo flower called 'Pinksterbloem In the Netherlands it enjoys herself glorious time at this moment. Her stem has hardly leaves, but many spring buds appear at the top of stem. Such group of buds is, in general, surely worth te taste.

Among these three plants, acooding to my ranking, No 1 is Tara-no-me (spring sheut). The tree's name ; Japanese angelica tree, ''Duivelswandelstok'' in Dutch (means Devils Walking Stick, because of sharp thorns). Elegant aroma and gentle taste. In Europa you might pluck it in friendly garden owners. No 2 and 3 I omit. No 5 is Shaku in Japanese, Wild chervil or cow parsley in english, Fruitenkruid in Dutch. No idea about 'Fruiten', by chance maybe ''Flying Dutchman whistles with the stem''. Shaku is one of spicy vegetable with rich volume by stream in mountain. A nice-sounded 'Pinksterbloem' is out of ranking, supposing only this time. I'm afraid of plucking very poor exemplaren which taste rather bitter.

People especially Dutch is often hesitate because of poisonous component. According to a science investigation, says some Dutch-men, this plant contains poison X, that flower contains poison Y. Therfore it is beter to avoid to eat those plants. Most of Dutch are faithful to such science likewise they obey a lot of legal regulations. While there are uncountable food products which might have chemical or unnatural components like Grow Hormone and DNA-manipulated grains.

Leaves of Mallow group is known for its edibleness. A species from China was ever introduced by means of vegetable. But quickly it was forgotten and escaped from herb garden. Nowadays it becomes one of rare naturalized plants.

In the Netherlands ; enough regulations even in genre of Nature, which cause unnecessary confusion among biological parties who dispute each other through different opinions. Why should the government forbid new comers of Fauna/Flora? It explains that such intruders may harm original ecology and people's health. The new law would work hardly except the airport control. Because no way against Fauna *(animals, insekt and bacteria etct.) and.Flora *(each three years found about 50 new species).

Opportunist believes such law will work to maintain healthy-earth. Unfortunately this world is impermanent. Many ''living existance'' has gone in past decades and centuries. Some ''Biological'' shall perish becuse they might perish. It is about God's hands in which the law of evolution, for example acclimatization and mutation should be considered..

When anyone thinks we can control our environment by regulations, it may be wrong and hypocrisy. Human kind is merely a component of whole ecology.
